Salary: $110,000 - $140,000

What you will do

• Execute retail commercial strategies at the park and location level to meet financial and guest experience goals.
• Lead the development of location-specific assortments aligned with guest demographics and seasonal needs.
• Partner with Planning and Global Merchandising to optimize inventory levels, flow, and lifecycle management.
• Direct in-store merchandising execution, including adjacency planning, space optimization, and brand storytelling.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Retail Commercial, Operations, Visual/Creative, and Marketing teams.
• Lead and develop Field Merchandise Managers to foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in Operational and Field/Location/Merchandising Management.
• Must be able to work from the office a minimum of four days per week.
• Proven ability to influence topline performance and manage complex retail operations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in inventory productivity and commercial optimization.
• Experience in Theme Park Retail Management or Retail/Consignment Buying is preferred.
