Salary: $116,000 - $145,000 per year

What you will do

• Act as the primary Salesforce subject matter expert, owning front-end and back-end configuration, including custom objects and advanced Flows.
• Design and deploy repeatable Salesforce processes to improve forecast accuracy, utilization tracking, and project health visibility.
• Lead cross-functional operational projects independently from inception through completion.
• Collaborate with BI Analysts to maintain a clean Salesforce data foundation for executive reporting and business intelligence.
• Identify and resolve process bottlenecks across the implementation and consulting lifecycle to reduce manual overhead.

Requirements

• 5+ years of operations experience within a SaaS, professional services, or consulting organization.
• Hands-on technical experience configuring Salesforce, specifically Flow Builder, custom object modeling, and advanced reporting.
• Proven experience building and scaling operational workflows for professional services teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Professional Services Automation (PSA) software integrated with Salesforce, specifically Certinia or FinancialForce.
• Experience in the data intelligence or data governance industry.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder).
