Location: Remote (US); Hybrid for candidates based in San Francisco

Salary: $90,000 – $150,000 USD (based on geographical tier)

What you will do

  • Build and optimize tools, dashboards, and reporting to track performance across markets and sales activities.
  • Drive the execution of GTM programs and operational rollouts in new geographies.
  • Support the development of sales and account management playbooks to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner with Data teams to size market opportunities and measure the ROI of key initiatives.
  • Manage the operating cadence, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Analyze field performance to deliver actionable insights that improve productivity and revenue attainment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related analytical/operational role.
  • Experience in a startup or early-stage SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), Excel, and GSuite.
  • Strong experience building and maintaining metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Proven ability to support or execute GTM strategies at a regional or market level.
  • Understanding of recurring revenue business models and the full customer lifecycle.
