Salary: $103,500 - $174,000 annually

What you will do

  • Recommend compensation mechanics and performance measures aligned with strategic goals.
  • Develop and guide equitable quota assignments using financial forecasts.
  • Deliver actionable insights through analysis of compensation performance, ROI, and attainment trends.
  • Implement variable compensation structures and new leveling guides to drive desired behaviors.
  • Lead audits on compensation attainment and process compliance.
  • Support the operationalization of new sales initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Planning in high-growth environments.
  • Deep specialization in compensation design, sales analytics, or performance management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other business intelligence platforms.
  • Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Must be based in the United States.
