TL;DR

Professional Services Sales Director (AI): Leading the Professional Services commercial engagement function across the UKI region with an accent on AI-led customer transformation and services growth. Focus on shaping complex enterprise opportunities, developing scalable engagement models, and ensuring AI solutions deliver measurable business value.

Location: Hybrid (England). Must have the right to work in the UK and be located within approximately 2 hours travel time from London.

What you will do

  • Lead the evolution of the UKI services engagement strategy toward AI-led transformation services.
  • Own regional services bookings, AI services growth, profitability, and forecast accuracy.
  • Build executive-level customer relationships and act as a trusted transformation advisor.
  • Establish governance standards across Statements of Work, estimation, and commercial processes.
  • Coach and mentor the UKI Services Engagement team in commercial leadership and AI positioning.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, Professional Services, or customer transformation leadership.
  • Proven success leading complex commercial engagements and transformation programs.
  • Experience driving AI-led customer transformation and innovation initiatives.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Easy access to London (within approximately 2 hours travel time).
  • Ability to obtain Security Check (SC) NSV clearance if required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-enabled CX transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of conversational AI, automation, analytics, or workforce engagement solutions.
  • Experience selling Managed Services offerings within enterprise SaaS or CX environments.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and financial modelling.
