What you will do

  • Define and execute the UK & DACH go-to-market strategy for enterprise accounts.
  • Drive new business acquisition across hotels, airlines, OTAs, and destination organizations.
  • Own and close large, complex enterprise deals involving C-suite, marketing, revenue, and technology teams.
  • Identify and unlock cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the hirify.global, Sojern, and Adara ecosystem.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline, ensuring consistent forecasting and deal velocity.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences across Europe.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise sales within AdTech, MarTech, Travel Tech, or SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success in closing high-value, multi-threaded enterprise deals.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and complex deal structures.
  • Experience working across UK and/or DACH markets.
  • German language proficiency is a strong advantage.
