TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (AI): Driving new business and growth within large enterprise accounts in the UKI market with an accent on complex sales cycles and executive-level relationship building. Focus on identifying business pain points, delivering value-driven sales strategies, and expanding the adoption of AI-powered enterprise search and agentic platforms.

Location: Hybrid (1 day a week in the London office)

hirify.global is an AI-powered enterprise search and work ecosystem platform that helps organizations find, use, and act on knowledge through an intelligent, secure, and extensible platform.

What you will do

  • Source and close net-new business within the UKI territory.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to identify and engage executive sponsors.
  • Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to generate pipeline and predictable bookings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including SEs, BDRs, and Engineers to move deals forward.
  • Create ROI and business justification reports to demonstrate platform value.
  • Run tight Proof of Concepts (POCs) based on defined business success criteria.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of closing experience in SaaS sales with a proven track record of top performance.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to London for hybrid work requirements.
  • Ability to pitch and demonstrate highly technical products including APIs, integrations, and security.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based software solutions and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Completion of an AI-focused exercise as part of the interview process.
