What you will do

  • Own the full renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of ~35 enterprise and strategic accounts to protect existing ARR.
  • Drive expansion ARR through structured cross-sell and upsell motions across new teams and regions.
  • Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with VP, SVP, and C-level executives to ensure account durability.
  • Translate hirify.global's Agentic AI capabilities into clear, outcome-driven business value and ROI for customers.
  • Collaborate with Field Delivery Engineers to align technical solutions with customer momentum.
  • Manage renewal and expansion forecasts with high accuracy and strict CRM hygiene.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Renewal Management, or Enterprise AM roles in high-growth SaaS.
  • Proven track record of owning gross renewals and driving expansion within existing accounts.
  • Experience managing large account portfolios at mid-market velocity.
  • Strong executive communication and negotiation skills for enterprise buying environments.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Comfort with traveling and being onsite with customers.
