What you will do

• Lead the implementation of future Supply Planning capabilities across process, organization, and technology.
• Drive the transformation journey from business vision and process design to solution implementation and adoption.
• Manage organizational readiness, change management, and business adoption of new ways of working.
• Establish governance structures and decision forums between business, IT, and implementation partners.
• Lead enterprise-wide cross-functional improvement and transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Develop business cases, evaluate solution alternatives, and track value realization.

Requirements

• University degree (minimum B.Sc.).
• 7-10 years of experience leading complex Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Transformation initiatives.
• Proven expertise in Supply Planning, S&OP, and S&OE from concept to implementation.
• Experience working with Supply Planning systems and their integration with ERP platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams consisting of business, IT, and external vendors.

Nice to have

• Experience with system selection or software evaluation initiatives.
• Background in global supply chain and operations environments.
• Experience operating within a Business Process Owner (BPO) governance model.
• Experience leading large-scale ERP or Planning platform implementations.
