Hardware Project Manager

What you will do

• Own project planning and execution, including scope, timelines, budgets, and backlogs.
• Structure work across disciplines, manage dependencies, and align stakeholders on priorities.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and decisions to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, QA/RA, product management, sourcing, and manufacturing partners.
• Support short- and long-term planning and coach teams on project management best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware product development project management.
• Experience working in a medical device or regulated MedTech environment (ISO 13485, ISO 60601, ISO 14971).
• Strong understanding of hardware development processes, dependencies, and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience using project tracking and planning tools such as Smartsheet.

Nice to have

• PMP, Scrum, or other project management certifications.
• Experience with AAC products or similar regulated products.
