Location: Based in Gothenburg, Sweden. Travel required.

What you will do

• Lead R&D initiatives from concept and prototyping to full-scale industrialization.
• Manage large-scale customer delivery projects within the AEW domain.
• Integrate cutting-edge software capabilities and manage complex Transfer of Technology (ToT) processes.
• Ensure long-term value, quality, and performance throughout the full product lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, operations, and sales.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering, science, or a relevant field.
• 7+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional teams in complex environments.
• Expertise in hybrid methodologies, combining Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong proficiency in Integrated Master Planning (IMP) and budget management.
• Fluency in English.
• Must pass security vetting based on current regulations; citizenship obligations may apply.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities in complex systems or sensor-driven environments.
• Experience leading the development of complex software, embedded systems, or software-defined hardware.
• Certifications such as PMP, PPS, or similar.
