Project Manager (Defense Technology)

What you will do

• Own the planning, logistics, and execution of field exercises and technology demonstrations with military partners.
• Project manage hardware and software modification programs, ensuring timelines and KPIs are met.
• Identify and establish regional production opportunities and build resilient supply chain relationships across the Nordic region.
• Coordinate with engineering and flight teams to curate and deliver platform training for military end-users.
• Bridge the gap between high-level operational strategy and tactical execution.

Requirements

• Mid-level management experience combining commercial project management expertise with a military mindset.
• Prior service in the Nordic Armed Forces is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in technical project delivery, managing workstreams from concept to delivery.
• Experience in manufacturing environments or managing supply chain operations.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Swedish Security Clearance.
• Must be willing to live and work in Stockholm.
