What you will do

• Lead an organization consisting of subproject managers, production planners, project planners, and material planners.
• Translate corporate and division strategies into clear, actionable targets for the organization.
• Oversee the execution of production and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects to meet quality, time, and cost targets.
• Secure short-, medium-, and long-term production planning and material availability.
• Drive continuous improvements and implement best practices in project execution and resource planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Production, Procurement, Quality, and Business Units to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering, Logistics, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of leadership experience in project management, planning, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Proven experience combining project management with supply chain or production planning.
• Experience working with ERP systems (such as IFS).
• Excellent skills in spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Must pass a security vetting based on current security protection regulations.
