What you will do

• Identify and document process gaps to define future To-Be processes through customer discussions.
• Design solution wireframes and prototypes to resolve functional design challenges.
• Configure platform workflows and lead UAT sessions, simulating real-world demand planning scenarios.
• Architect data pipelines for big data integrations using delta lake.
• Develop training documentation and deliver sessions for business users.
• Lead the full lifecycle of supply chain planning implementations using Agile methodology.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience implementing supply chain planning solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL, MDX, or T-SQL for data translation.
• Experience with statistical and optimization tools such as R, SAS, and CPLEX.
• Strong analytical and data mining skills.
• Must be based in the USA for domestic travel and operations.
