What you will do

• Partner with Product leadership to translate business performance data into strategic insights and executive recommendations.
• Design and steward dashboards, scorecards, and KPI frameworks tracking growth, retention, and adoption.
• Draft quarterly business reviews and board-level reporting materials for C-suite stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives from framing through execution, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Conduct scenario analysis and ecosystem assessments to inform strategic planning cycles.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, Big 4 advisory, or corporate strategy/FP&A.
• Must be based in North Carolina, USA.
• Fluency with Excel, including statistics, optimization, and cohort analysis in a SaaS context.
• SQL proficiency (or a strong ability to become proficient quickly).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with senior executives.
• High degree of ownership and ability to operate independently within ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, Snowflake, and emerging AI tools like Cursor or Zenlytic.
• Familiarity with Python or R for analytical work.
• Prior experience in the cloud software, SaaS, or CCaaS markets.
• Experience preparing materials for board-level or executive audiences.
