Salary: $142,060–$200,560 USD

What you will do
- Manage complex technology projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate across organizations to develop comprehensive project plans, including change control, testing, and documentation.
- Assess subproject dependencies and utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to maintain program health.
- Identify tasks, assign resources, and communicate expectations to ensure team accountability.
- Review and validate user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
- Conduct project close-out assessments to document lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM or related discipline required.
- 6+ years of experience in managing technology projects/programs (4+ years with Master's, 2+ years with PhD).
- Must be authorized to work in the US; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
- Strong technical expertise to interpret requirements and propose scalable solutions.
- Ability to communicate complex issues effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in a STEM or related discipline.
- Experience with Blue Yonder software.
- Expertise in business process development and enterprise systems architecture.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in diverse organizational structures.
