• Manage complex technology projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate across organizations to develop comprehensive project plans, including change control, testing, and documentation.
• Assess subproject dependencies and utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to maintain program health.
• Identify tasks, assign resources, and communicate expectations to ensure team accountability.
• Review and validate user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
• Conduct project close-out assessments to document lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM or related discipline required.
• 6+ years of experience in managing technology projects/programs (4+ years with Master's, 2+ years with PhD).
• Must be authorized to work in the US; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
• Strong technical expertise to interpret requirements and propose scalable solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex issues effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
