Salary: €2800 - €3300 per month (based on 40 hours/week, excl. 8% holiday allowance)

What you will do
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding with the PeopleOps team (tool access, checklists, onboarding plans, introduction meetings).
- Own employment documentation (contracts, extensions, freelance agreements, employer statements) and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Be the first point of contact for day-to-day employee questions (payslips, expenses, learning & development requests, time off).
- Support payroll administration (collect mutations, pension administration, maintain organized records).
- Handle short-term sick leave (record absences and flag concerns to the right stakeholders).
- Support team events and Learning & Development initiatives (Lunch & Learns, AI sessions, Lab-days, Expedition Days).
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a fast-growing scale-up in a People or Operations role (internship or first job acceptable).
- Exceptional organization and reliability to deliver owned processes thoroughly and on time.
- Empathetic and discreet approach to sensitive employee matters.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Dutch language and Dutch Labour Law is a nice-to-have.
- Available to start as soon as possible, ideally by July 1, 2026; no relocation support or visa sponsorship.

- Part-time role: 24–32 hours per week.
