Agile Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead product delivery execution for the Deposits domain as part of the Finance Transformation Office.
• Define and shape how deposit data is captured, analyzed, and consumed across the Finance organization.
• Drive consistent requirements intake and implement rigorous data analysis processes.
• Manage structured change and release management processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to influence and gain alignment through strong storytelling and communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Agile product ownership or product management (Scrum and Kanban).
• Experience collecting and analyzing requirements for data, reporting, or financial systems.
• Ability to analyze and test data via SQL.
• Experience with data profiling, data lineage, and analytical/data flows.
• Understanding of financial services products, preferably in the Deposits domain.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Charlotte, NC.
