What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the CCH Axcess® Tax portfolio.
• Lead one or more Scrum teams through Agile ceremonies and quarterly planning to align delivery with product goals.
• Collaborate with UX and engineering teams to develop intuitive and efficient solutions for tax professionals.
• Translate strategic business objectives into actionable development plans and roadmaps.
• Establish customer feedback loops and Voice of Customer (VOC) activities to refine compliance features.
• Monitor product performance and track regulatory tax changes to proactively recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technology product management.
• Proven track record of managing SaaS products, preferably within fintech or tax technology.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and experience leading Scrum teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Must be able to attend in-person interviews at a hirify.global office.

Nice to have

• Experience with CCH Axcess Tax or similar tax compliance platforms.
• Knowledge of U.S. tax regulations and accounting firm workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and modern software development.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
