Location: On-site in McLean, VA. Must be based in the area or willing to relocate.

What you will do

• Develop and implement product strategies to align with the company vision.
• Analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to shape requirements and features.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to create product plans and roadmaps.
• Prepare and manage detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
• Provide strategic recommendations to expand the product base and vision.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to relocate to McLean, VA.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Significant experience in product lifecycle management and agile environments.
• Experience in Fintech and/or startup environments.
• BS or BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related area preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Background in software development.
• Experience in program management.
