Senior Accountant (Supply Chain)

Location: Hybrid work with 1 day per week in the Breukelen office (Netherlands)

What you will do

• Lead month-end close processes, including multi-element revenue recognition and foreign currency transactions.
• Ensure accounting compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and US SOX requirements.
• Prepare annual reports for the Chamber of Commerce and other European regulatory bodies.
• Reconcile VAT returns and review daily financial activities such as invoices and bank transactions.
• Manage payroll accounting, collaborating with US HR and Payroll teams to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• HBO education in an Economics-related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in a dynamic international environment.
• Strong experience with both US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Fluent command of Dutch (oral and written).
• Good command of English (oral and written).
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables) and affinity with IT.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle.
