AP AR Finance Business Partner Intern

What you will do

• Observe and support AP/AR operations and interactions between HQ and Shared Services.
• Assist in O2C and P2P process coordination and standardization.
• Review key financial reports including AP Ageing, Aged Debt, and DSO.
• Analyze and resolve variances such as GRIR/PO mismatches.
• Support SOX control activities, compliance frameworks, and audit preparation.
• Collaborate with commercial, procurement, and supply chain teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Fluency in English required.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in financial processes and data flows.
• Proficiency in Excel and eagerness to develop data-handling skills.
• Ability to commit to a 6-month full-time internship (40 hrs/week).
