What you will do

• Own and execute the month-end close, ensuring accurate and complete financial data.
• Analyze variances, monitor financial trends, and explain key movements.
• Manage statutory and tax compliance activities, including VAT, CIT, and local audits.
• Support complex non-routine transactions, assessing financial impact in coordination with Tax and Legal teams.
• Maintain financial data consistency across systems, specifically utilizing NetSuite.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in general accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
• Experience in multinational or multi-entity environments.
• Familiarity with statutory and tax compliance processes.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Authorized to work in the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Experience in a Big Four firm.
