What you will do

• Oversee timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for financial reporting and month-end/year-end close activities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and local statutory requirements.
• Manage internal controls, audit schedules, and remediation plans.
• Prepare financial packages and management reports for senior leadership.
• Maintain cost center structures and conduct regular cost corrections.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant (CA, CPA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 10+ years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in accounting and financial reporting.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in complex, deadline-driven environments.
• Strong technical knowledge and practical application of IFRS.
• Experience working within large commercial and industrial organizations.

• Previous experience within a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Combination of public practice and industry/commercial experience.
