What you will do

• Lead and develop a large AP organization, fostering a structured and high-performing culture.
• Own end-to-end AP operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements, automation, and effective ERP system usage.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and other departments.
• Lead change and transformation initiatives to bring structural improvements to the function.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, including leadership in complex setups.
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to structure teams and develop talent.
• Hands-on mindset with a strong eye for detail and operational depth.
• Experience with ERP systems and process automation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
• German language skills are a plus.
