What you will do

• Drive finance-related transformation projects and improvement initiatives.
• Develop and manage project roadmaps, milestones, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across finance, IT, and business departments.
• Perform issue tracking, risk management, and project governance.
• Facilitate clear communication between project members and stakeholders.
• Ensure all solutions align with financial processes and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Approximately five years of experience in project management within finance/accounting or accounting operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex topics into actionable solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Solid understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements.
