What you will do

• Plan and execute B2B social media programs across LinkedIn, Meta, X, and YouTube.
• Develop engaging content formats including thought-leadership series, event launches, and partner highlights.
• Build integrated social plans aligned with campaign objectives like demand generation and event acquisition.
• Track performance KPIs, produce actionable insights, and optimize campaigns based on data.
• Build and document repeatable playbooks and best practices for the regional marketing team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and design to deliver high-quality outputs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
• Significant hands-on experience managing B2B social channels and campaigns.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to translate complex B2B topics into engaging content.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to evaluate and optimize campaign performance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Mandarin language skills are considered a strong plus.
