What you will do

• Develop and execute short to long-term brand and launch plans to drive sell-out and market share.
• Collaborate with media agencies to craft and monitor ATL marketing plans and campaign ROI.
• Plan and execute BTL promotions across retail and eCommerce channels to ensure omnichannel excellence.
• Manage A&CP budgets, ensuring strategic allocation and profitability across all activations.
• Lead demand planning and forecasting for new initiatives and core franchises to minimize E&O.
• Analyze SKU and store-level performance to provide actionable insights for local and regional teams.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of marketing experience within the cosmetics industry in Malaysia.
• Proven experience in trade marketing and multi-brand management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills under pressure.
