What you will do

• Research and identify senior-level decision makers (CEOs, CFOs, Directors) aligned with summit themes.
• Build targeted prospect lists using CRM tools, databases, and LinkedIn.
• Create and launch strategic email outreach campaigns to generate high-quality inbound inquiries.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs and goals.
• Maintain and optimize the quality of the contacts database.
• Collaborate with sales professionals across EMEA and North America.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in any discipline (Marketing or Business Administration preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in email marketing, market research, or lead generation is essential.
• Proven experience in launching strategic marketing email campaigns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
