What you will do

• Onboard new customers via a structured 100-day program and establish recurring communication points.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive service calls and personalized training.
• Expand adoption and usage of hirify.global solutions by sharing best practices and industry use cases.
• Educate customers on product updates, new releases, and potential portfolio expansions to maximize value.
• Serve as the primary escalation point and relay customer insights back to the organization.
• Identify sales lead opportunities and coordinate with the sales team for evaluation.
