TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid: 4 days in-office)

What you will do

  • Own the full renewal cycle and proactively manage risk to hit retention targets.
  • Identify and close organic growth opportunities within your portfolio.
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews to align platform performance with client KPIs.
  • Build and maintain customer health frameworks to intervene before issues escalate.
  • Act as the internal voice of the client, collaborating with Product and Support teams.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with decision-makers and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of hitting retention and expansion targets independently.
  • Experience managing customer health metrics and using data to drive proactive actions.
  • Strong commercial mindset with proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot and BI dashboards.
  • Business fluency in English is required.
  • Must be able to work from the Barcelona office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Spanish, French, Slovak, or Czech.
  • Experience with CS/AM tooling such as Gainsight or Planhat.
