What you will do

• Lead the enterprise data and integration platform strategy, standards, and shared services across multiple operating companies.
• Manage the integration layer, including APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures for CRM, ERP, and digital systems.
• Own the data and BI product portfolio, delivering semantic models, dashboards, and workflow-driven analytics.
• Act as Product Manager and Product Owner, managing unified roadmaps and backlogs for data pipelines and analytics.
• Establish enterprise governance for data quality, lineage, API lifecycle management, and security.
• Lead and scale a cross-functional team of integration, data, and BI engineers.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in data, integration, or enterprise technology roles.
• 5+ years of leadership experience owning enterprise platforms in large environments.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale APIs, middleware, and data platforms.
• Experience operating in a product model with roadmap ownership and value-driven prioritization.
• Ability to integrate complex systems (ERP, CRM, commerce) in multi-business environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
