What you will do

• Design, build, and manage reliable data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Airflow, dbt, Python, and Snowflake.
• Develop automation frameworks for key Finance metrics like ACV/ARR and support financial close processes.
• Collaborate with the US Finance Data Engineering team to standardize and deliver business metrics and curated data models.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of Snowflake data solutions and integrations.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities, resources, and delivery timelines.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align data engineering initiatives with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 12+ years of experience in developing complex automation frameworks, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Deep expertise in Python and cloud database experience with Snowflake.
• Proven experience in scaling operations within high-growth environments.
• Advanced analytical capabilities and experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving transformation initiatives and strategic resource planning.
