What you will do
- Design, build, and manage reliable data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Airflow, dbt, Python, and Snowflake.
- Develop automation frameworks for key Finance metrics like ACV/ARR and support financial close processes.
- Collaborate with the US Finance Data Engineering team to standardize and deliver business metrics and curated data models.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of Snowflake data solutions and integrations.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities, resources, and delivery timelines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align data engineering initiatives with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- 12+ years of experience in developing complex automation frameworks, data modeling, and ETL processes.
- Deep expertise in Python and cloud database experience with Snowflake.
- Proven experience in scaling operations within high-growth environments.
- Advanced analytical capabilities and experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving transformation initiatives and strategic resource planning.

- Knowledge of Finance metrics.
- Exposure to AI assistance bot integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
