What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end delivery for data engineering and analytics engagements, ensuring high-quality, on-time outcomes.
• Manage practice operations, including utilization, staffing, margin tracking, and engagement health.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20+ data engineers, architects, and analytics professionals.
• Partner with sales and GTM teams to support scoping, proposal development, and technical solutioning.
• Develop delivery standards, reusable frameworks, and practice IP such as accelerators and reference architectures.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with client stakeholders at the Director, VP, and C-level.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in professional services or consulting focusing on data engineering and analytics.
• Proven track record of managing and growing teams of 20+ data professionals.
• Deep expertise in the AWS data ecosystem, including Redshift, Glue, EMR, Kinesis, Lake Formation, and Athena.
• Experience delivering complex data projects (data lakes, lakehouses, streaming) on AWS.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; the company is unable to provide visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or MBA.
• AWS certifications such as Certified Data Analytics or Solutions Architect.
• Working knowledge of Databricks and Snowflake.
• Familiarity with MLOps and data science workflows.
