What you will do
- Exceed measurable sales objectives within G2000/F1000 accounts and develop new business.
- Utilize a consultative selling approach to address client needs in hybrid cloud and legacy IT environments.
- Present value propositions to key influencers, decision-makers, and C-level executives.
- Collaborate with systems engineers to design and position compelling technical solutions.
- Manage key channel relationships and formulate strategic account plans.
- Conduct demand generation activities such as forums and lunch-n-learns.
Requirements
- Must be based in Chicago, IL, USA.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of technology sales experience.
- Proven track record of direct selling and exceeding sales targets.
- Relevant industry background in data center or networking (LAN/WAN, SDN).
- Strong existing relationships and rolodex within the territory.
