TL;DR

Focus on closing sales opportunities and conducting post-demo follow-up to ensure a best-in-class customer experience, with occasional travel within Europe.

What you will do

  • Originate, develop, and close sales opportunities via inbound and outbound prospecting (phone, email, social media, networking).
  • Conduct deep discovery of prospects’ needs and deliver tailored virtual technical presentations and demos of hirify.global solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals aligned to customer goals, and manage the sales cycle from origination to close with clear next steps.
  • Maintain and mature an opportunities pipeline in CRM, including timely follow-up after touchpoints and demos.
  • Stay current on hirify.global products and services, including equipment setup and software updates, and escalate improvement opportunities.
  • Support internal sales activities such as training and attending tradeshows/events.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally in dental equipment, healthcare, or technology).
  • Fluent English with advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of sales process and methodologies.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM software.
  • Demonstrated relationship-building and rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Dental industry experience (ideally iOS and/or CAD/CAM).
  • Experience with direct/indirect channel distribution models.
  • Clinical experience in a dental office or lab.
  • Experience with global organizations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
