Location: Hybrid (Barcelona, Spain) — 3 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and product demonstrations to closing deals.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and targets.
- Develop professional proposals and negotiate contracts to balance client value and company profitability.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all business development activities in the CRM.
- Gather and relay client feedback to the Product Team to influence product development.
- Partner with local travel associations and industry groups to promote the brand.
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish (C2 level)
- Professional proficiency in English
- Proven experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident phone presence.
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a growth mindset.
- Must be based in Barcelona
