What you will do

  • Engage and onboard Southern Europe suppliers via phone, email, and webinars to increase solution adoption.
  • Identify and target high-value customers using customized sales tactics to maximize conversion.
  • Proactively manage and nurture the sales pipeline to ensure a steady inflow of new assessments.
  • Mitigate risks to the evaluation process by becoming a CSR expert and overcoming customer objections.
  • Collaborate with internal units (Sales, Customer Success) to report insights and bridge customer expectation gaps.
  • Drive key performance indicators including conversion rates and quality scores.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Barcelona, Spain for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven background in sales, upselling, or inside sales with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to interpret data to drive actionable sales steps.
  • Strong time management skills to handle high volumes of outreach autonomously.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software.
  • Comfort presenting to large groups.
