TL;DR
Membership Executive (Upselling/Inside Sales): Support network subscribers to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, revenue, and value perception with an accent on UK market upselling, targeted outreach, and scalable value communication. Focus on identifying upgrade opportunities using data, coordinating with frontline teams, and tracking initiative results while improving processes and automation.
Location: Barcelona - Hybrid (8 days a month from the office)

What you will do
- Manage the existing UK market to maximize revenue, drive upsells and upgrades, and improve customer experience.
- Identify upsell/upgrade opportunities and contact customers via phone, email, or webinars.
- Use available data to drive targeted actions and achieve commercial objectives.
- Develop and deliver value-perception content at scale (e.g., webinars) and follow up on generated revenue.
- Coordinate with frontline teams to expand upsell opportunities and ensure effectiveness of upselling/value content.
- Track and communicate monthly/quarterly initiative progress and prepare account/market status reports; escalate feedback to improve processes and customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience (e.g., business development or SDR).
- Experience in sales or upselling/inside sales with proactive outreach to customers.
- Professional fluency in English is a must.
- Comfort handling unhappy customers and presenting to large groups.
- Ability to interpret data to identify actions and opportunities.
- Foundational understanding of AI concepts.
Nice to have
- Digital marketing experience.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software.
