What you will do

  • Manage the full travel lifecycle: planning, booking, and trip completion.
  • Coordinate with hotels, transfer providers, travel agencies, and other service partners.
  • Prepare, maintain, and regularly update rooming lists; perform data validation and quality checks before submissions.
  • Control key travel-related deadlines (rooming, submissions, transfers, and other milestones).
  • Handle travel changes and operational updates (flight modifications, hotel updates, transfer adjustments).
  • Track travel costs, monitor budgets, and maintain travel-related documentation.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in travel or operations-related roles.
  • Experience managing trips independently and working with suppliers/vendors.
  • English: B2.
  • Knowledge of the full travel lifecycle and travel operations (airline types, hotel chains/categories, planning best practices).
  • Ability to work independently with operational tools and internal systems (e.g., Jira, spreadsheets, task tracking systems).
  • Knowledge of Polish legislation and regulations and experience interacting with government authorities and public institutions in Poland.
