What you will do

• Develop and maintain a balanced 16-week master production schedule for plants and tollers.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, supply planning, demand planning, and regulatory teams to manage deviations.
• Analyze root causes of supply disruptions and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Support volume allocation decisions across regions and product lines.
• Execute scheduling processes in SAP and IBP while reviewing capacity utilization weekly.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain roles such as Master Scheduler or Supply Planner.
• Proficiency in SAP MRP and SAP IBP.
• Strong Excel skills and an analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements.
