What you will do

• Monitor and audit fleet and service provider performance to ensure compliance with SLAs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze operational costs and service data to identify trends and cost optimization opportunities.
• Drive the effective adoption of company-approved systems and tools among service providers.
• Coordinate daily fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and service providers to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service activities within CRM systems.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of fleet operations and service management.
• Proven experience in field work or fleet operations.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and fleet management tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Polish (local language).
• Completed secondary education.
