What you will do

• Create and maintain Purchase Orders in NetSuite based on approved requests.
• Review and validate vendor information, pricing, and coding for accuracy.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and accounts payable teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor approval workflows and track PO desk metrics such as volume and turnaround time.
• Support process improvement and standardization of PO desk operations.
• Prioritize workloads effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement operations or procure-to-pay (P2P) environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, specifically procurement modules.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to validate complex supporting documentation.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration across business, finance, and AP teams.
• Location: Must be based in Poland
