Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Katowice HUB (hybrid)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute European logistics sourcing strategies aligned with global priorities.
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing projects, including tenders, negotiations, and contract implementation.
  • Manage strategic logistics suppliers to drive performance, governance, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with regional supply chain stakeholders to deliver cost savings and value creation.
  • Support resilience, sustainability initiatives, and logistics transformation programs.
  • Ensure procurement compliance and maintain accurate KPI reporting.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of procurement experience, ideally within logistics or supply chain categories.
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and sourcing projects end-to-end.
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability, including cost modeling and benchmarking.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a regional or international environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience across transportation, warehousing, ocean freight, or logistics procurement.
  • Exposure to logistics transformation, network optimization, or operating model changes.
  • Professional procurement qualification such as CIPS, NEVI, or ISM.
