Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid: 2 days per week in office).

What you will do

  • Own the marketing vision and strategy for the Scrabble franchise and new unannounced mobile titles.
  • Lead global go-to-market strategy from audience definition to post-launch momentum.
  • Develop integrated marketing strategies across the full player funnel to drive acquisition, retention, and advocacy.
  • Shape creative strategy and guide high-performing marketing across UA, social, influencer, and CRM channels.
  • Partner with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to align strategy and execution.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team as the franchise grows.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona, Spain.
  • Significant experience in product or game marketing leading strategy for live or launching games.
  • Proven track record of successful go-to-market initiatives for digital products.
  • Deep fluency in game and marketing KPIs with the ability to translate data into strategic action.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Collaborative leadership style with experience building and scaling marketing teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience in mobile gaming, particularly in casual games.
  • Strong understanding of the mobile user acquisition and performance marketing landscape.
  • Experience adapting global marketing strategies across different markets.
