What you will do

• Manage and grow relationships with strategic global affiliate partners.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, sponsorships, and promotional placements.
• Develop and execute quarterly and annual growth plans to meet revenue and acquisition targets.
• Analyze partner performance data to optimize investments and identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to improve conversion rates.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand the partner network.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development.
• Proven track record in managing strategic affiliate partnerships and commercial negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with affiliate networks and tracking platforms.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple internal teams.
• Experience working within a global business environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, fintech, or subscription-based businesses.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Impact, CJ, Partnerize, Tune, or Awin.
• International partnership experience across North America, Europe, and APAC.
