What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Drive Agile execution by facilitating delivery processes and coordinating dependencies across multiple teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear status updates and executive-ready reporting.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations using governance practices like RAID logs.
• Oversee project financials, including budget planning, forecasting, and spend tracking.
• Partner with functional leaders to manage resource allocation and capacity planning.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Project or Program Management within technology delivery environments.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-scale initiatives with multiple cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong experience with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Solid understanding of the SDLC and technology delivery processes.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams and working in matrix organizations.
• Advanced English proficiency and must be based in Argentina.

Nice to have

• Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Commercial systems (e.g., Pricing, CRM, Revenue).
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Oracle, Salesforce, or data/analytics tools.
• PMP, SAFe, or Scrum certification.
