What you will do

• Guide two cross-functional teams in applying tailored Agile principles as a servant-leader and coach.
• Facilitate core Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives, and refinement.
• Identify and remove impediments while protecting the team from uncontrolled scope expansion.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, and Engineering leadership to ensure alignment on goals.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and foster system-level alignment across global teams.
• Drive clarity in ambiguous situations and promote an Agile mindset throughout the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years specifically as a Scrum Master.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
• Proven experience in building and facilitating teams to reach a performing state.
• Fluent English proficiency (C1) with outstanding communication skills.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Higher education degree, preferably in a technical field.

Nice to have

• Professional Scrum, Less, or other Agile certifications.
• Familiarity with modern cloud computing services such as Azure or AWS.
