What you will do

• Lead end-to-end ownership of multi-solution projects, managing backlogs, schedules, scope, and budget alignment.
• Develop and facilitate multi-workstream project roadmaps and manage internal and external dependencies.
• Blend Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on project type to drive the best client experience.
• Manage executive-level stakeholder communications across client leadership, delivery teams, and sales.
• Identify and propose upsell opportunities in partnership with Sales to ensure strategic account expansion.
• Mentor Project Coordinators, PMs, and delivery teams on Agile practices and project management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years as a Project Manager in a client-facing role.
• 3+ years of experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Experience managing complex, multi-solution projects over $1 million with teams of 5 or more.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification or similar cloud-based experience.
• Must be based in Argentina; no visa sponsorship provided.

Nice to have

• AWS Certified AI Practitioner or Solutions Architect Associate certifications.
• Experience leading client Agile transformations or implementations.
• Familiarity with SAFe frameworks and PI Planning.
• Experience managing projects as a Technical Project Manager.
