Senior Project Manager (Healthcare)

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid or Remote (USA). Candidates living within 50 miles of an office must be onsite 3 days a week (Tue, Wed, Thu); those outside 50 miles can work remotely.

What you will do

• Drive program strategy and manage a roadmap consisting of cross-functional activities and projects.
• Lead project managers and program teams in creating and maintaining comprehensive plans.
• Collaborate with Executive Sponsors and Business Owners to ensure program objectives are met.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on program status regarding scope, schedule, budget, and strategic alignment.
• Manage customer relationships and deliver project status presentations throughout the life-cycle.
• Ensure adherence to organizational project management methods and SDLC audit requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 4+ years of experience in a project manager role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience managing large, complex projects.
• Proficiency with industry-standard software development life-cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or equivalent professional training.
• Healthcare Insurance industry business and operational knowledge.
• Experience with risk mitigation planning and conflict resolution.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience with customer relationship management.
